1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Endpoints Health Check (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Codimite Pvt Ltd.
2. Description of Service
Endpoints Health Check is a diagnostic security tool designed to assess configurations within Google Workspace, ChromeOS, and Chrome Enterprise environments. The Service provides:
- Automated security posture assessments and health scoring.
- License utilization and distribution audits.
- Policy gap identification and severity categorization.
- Natural language security insights powered by Google Gemini AI.
3. Account Registration & Security
To use the Service, you must authenticate using an authorized Google Admin account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. User Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that you are a duly authorized administrator of the Google Workspace domain being assessed and have the legal authority to grant the Service access to your organization's metadata. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
Read-Only Operational Guardrails
The Service is strictly a Read-Only diagnostic tool. It does not perform write operations, modify configurations, or delete data within your Google environment. All remediation actions identified by the Service must be performed manually by an administrator within the Google Admin Console.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, algorithms, UI design, logos, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Codimite Pvt Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for internal security assessment purposes.
6. Confidentiality
We recognize that the metadata retrieved from your Google environment and the resulting security reports are highly confidential. We commit to protecting this information using industry-standard security measures and will not disclose your security findings to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party APIs, including the Google Admin SDK and Google Gemini AI. Your use of the Service is subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these external integrations.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate security insights, Codimite does not guarantee that the Service will identify all security vulnerabilities or threats within your environment.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Codimite Pvt Ltd, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data breaches or security incidents within your environment.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codimite Pvt Ltd from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sri Lanka.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
